Do you want to work out, but don’t know how to start? Are you looking for a fast and easy way to get in shape? Well, Synergetics is the work out for you! It combines yoga, meditation, and working out into one awesome work out that isn’t really even a workout.

How it Works

There are four 12-minute workouts that come in the Synergetics DVD. What you do while doing Synergetics is quite simple; you sway back and forth, gently shifting your weight from one foot to the other and you follow the motion of the person on your DVD player. During one 12-minute session, you’ll have moved every single muscle in your body. Like I said, it’s yoga and working out combined. It’s so easy for people without time or the motivation to work out. How to Heal From Shingles

What is Shingles?
Shingles is a largely misunderstood illness that controls the lives of many innocent people. Millions of people suffer from shingles, with many not even knowing that they have it. Shingles come with even more bad illnesses such as migraines, frozen shoulder, and neuropathy, and there are over 30 different varieties of the shingles virus. Now, thanks to Anthony William, we know more about the virus and how to fight it.

Some symptoms of shingles are frozen shoulder, jaw pain, ear pain, neck pain, on and off fevers, sciatica back pain, bells palsy, and the feeling like your body is on fire, which can all be from shingles even if you don’t have a rash.

There are two groups of shingles: the types that rash and the types that don’t rash. The types that rash are pretty straightforward. Shingles can give you rashes on your back, lower body, butt, hips, chest, shoulders, neck, and the top and sides of your head. So, to sum it up, rashes from shingles can appear ANYWHERE on the body! If the dermatologist can’t figure out what that rash is from, it’s from shingles!

Anthony William: The Medical Medium

If you’ve read some of my other posts, you know that I talk about Anthony William… a lot! You’re probably wondering who he is and why he’s so important. Well, that’s the purpose of this post: to show you who Anthony is!

Anthony has generously devoted his life to helping people heal from illnesses and diseases. When he was only four years old, Anthony heard a voice in his head, which he’d later find out was the voice of a high-level spirit. This Spirit told him that his symptom-free grandmother had lung cancer. Without even knowing what lung cancer was, he announced what the Spirit told him to his family, shocking them all considering his age and that his grandmother had no symptoms. Upon medical testing, they found that little Anthony was right!

For over 25 years, Antony has been helping people to understand “mystery illnesses” such as shingles, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, streptococcus, and many more.

We Are All One: Anita Moorjani’s Story

Last night, I was reading an amazing book called Dying to be Me by Anita Moorjani, which I HIGHLY recommend. This book is a true story about an amazingly strong woman who had a near death experience. She survived Stage 4b of lymphoma after going into a coma and having her organs begin to shut down. In her book, she talks about what she experienced while in the coma as he went to Heaven and reached death. I NEED to share this with you because it’s not only extremely profound, but also, it will help you to have a whole new perspective on life.

When Anita was dying, there wasn’t a specific place in which she went, which is what most people think is Heaven, a place. It’s actually a state. When she was dying, Anita was out of her body, but still able to see what was going on around her body. She saw the doctors running tests on her and she heard one of the nurses telling her husband that she wasn’t going to make it 40 some feet down the hallway from the room where her body was.

She then started expanding, so that she could see everything in the world that had to do with her. She saw her brother on a plane thousands and thousands of miles away from her. After that, she expanded even more, entering the state of Heaven.

She said that in Heaven she experienced unconditional love, meaning that there was no judgement, and that no matter what she did, no matter how she acted, she would still be loved. There was an overwhelming sense of joy and happiness in Heaven.
