Happy Monday, everybody! I know that sometimes Mondays can be hard. You have to go back to work or school, and you have to take back all of your responsibilities. However, Monday is also a fresh, new start. However your day goes on Monday, that sets up how the rest of your week is going to go. So my goal with Motivation Monday is to help you to start off your week positively! If you can make it through Monday with a positive attitude, you can make it through anything with a positive attitude!
Every Monday I will share with you 10 powerful quotes about motivational subjects such as success, health, forgiveness, love, happiness, and inspiration. This week I’m going to share with you 10 quotes about following your dreams and finding happiness.
“All of our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” -Walt Disney
“Each of us has a fire in our hearts for something… Find it and keep it lit!” -Mary Lou Retton
“Dreams are today’s answers to tomorrow’s questions.” -Edgar Gayce
“Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.” -Dale E. Turner
“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” -Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
“May your dreams defy the laws of gravity.” -H. Jackson Brown, Jr.
“Dreams don’t die until we let them.” -James Ojala
“I believe that the only courage anybody ever needs is the courage to follow your own dreams.” -Oprah Winfrey
“The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do.” -Sarah Ban Breathnach
I’m so excited that you read these quotes this week because I’m a BIG dreamer! Why else would I be writing a blog at age 15? Don’t be afraid to go after your dreams, because if you believe enough in yourself, you can make anything happen. Have a FANTASTIC week, and don’t forget to dream!
Do you have a dream? Maybe you want to write a book, become a singer or actor/actress, or be an artist. My challenge for everyone this week is to think long and hard about your dreams, and do one small thing everyday to advance it. If you want to write a book, write a page a day, and in a year you’ll have a novel. Put yourself out there and find a community of others who have a similar dream, whether it be online or a physical group. You can do this! I believe in all of you!
What is your favorite quote this week (my favorites are #1 and #7)? What will you do to advance your dream?
Blessings to All,
