Happy Friday! Today I will be sharing with you five amazing fruits and just a few of their nutritious benefits! Fruit can be eaten anytime, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. They go great in smoothies, salads, salsas, desserts, and more! Today I will be talking about oranges, watermelon, cherries, lemons, and avocados.
Oranges help to fight off viruses. Make sure to eat plenty of them during cold and flu season or if you’re starting to feel sick.
Watermelon is a triple threat; it hydrates, detoxifies, and cleanses the entire body! Also, watermelon significantly reduces inflammation, alleviates depression, and prevents chronic illnesses.
Cherries help to remove radiation from the body. They also help you to sleep.
Lemons alkalinize and cleanse the liver. They hydrate the body and replenish electrolytes.
