Five Fruits for Friday Fun

Happy Friday! Today I will be sharing with you five amazing fruits and just a few of their nutritious benefits! Fruit can be eaten anytime, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. They go great in smoothies, salads, salsas, desserts, and more! Today I will be talking about kiwis, blackberries, cucumbers, apricots, and mangoes.

Kiwis help to balance your emotions and increase stability.

Blackberries help to relieve symptoms such as PMS, bloating, food cravings, and hot flashes. They can also help to improve eyesight and prevent macular degeneration.

Cucumbers nourish the adrenal glands and give you energy. Drink 12-16 ounces of cucumber juice every morning to hydrate your body on a cellular level.

Apricots are one of the most mineral rich and healing foods. They remove mold and yeast from the body.

Mangoes help to improve your skin health and make it clearer and softer.
