This weekend, I went to Los Angeles, California to hear Anthony William speak. If you don’t know who Anthony William is, click here. He gave 15 readings to random people from the audience, but the most important thing that he did was give each audience member something called the Light Blast. The Light Blast is when Spirit summons white light from Heaven to go through each audience member. This white light speeds up the healing process for anywhere from 2 to 6 months. So, that’s pretty important for anyone trying to heal from chronic illnesses.
Anyways, at that event I received my very own copy of Anthony’s new book, Life-Changing Foods. Today, I’m going to be sharing with you what I think of it and what it’s about.
First of all, I’m just going to put it out there that I spent the whole 4 hour plane ride back home from LA reading this book. That’s right, 4 hours! That’s how amazing this book is!
The forward to this book is beautifully written by Dr. Christiane Northrup, and the introduction goes into depth about what the book will be about, setting it up nicely.
Part I is called “Rising out of the Ashes.” It talks about what holds people back from healing. Also, it mentions the Unforgiving Four, four things that threaten our health every day and keep us from healing. The Unforgiving Four are Radiation, Toxic Heavy Metals, The Viral Explosion (viruses), and DDT, and there’s a ton of information on them in this book.
Part I also talks about moving forward with the world around you. Dealing with stress, using food to heal, and making water living are all discussed in detail. There’s also a boat load of information about many other valuable things. There’s so much that I can’t even talk about it all in this post!
Then comes the part that people are most excited for: The Holy Four. These are foods that help you to fight the Unforgiving Four. The Holy Four are fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, and wild foods. This is Part II of the book, and it takes up the majority of the book.
In this section, there is information about the top 50 fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and wild foods that will help you to heal. There are pages of information about each food, including how it supports us emotionally and spiritually.
I know, that is a lot of information! And it’s all valuable information that you can use to heal. But wait, there’s more! This book also has some AMAZING recipes that can help you to survive eating raw or only fruits and vegetables. It has soups, salads, smoothies, and more! I’ve already tried a few, and these are all amazing! These recipes will help you to feel more “normal” eating the way Anthony recommends.
Now, some of these recipes do have nuts in them. I personally don’t eat nuts because they give me headaches, and I know that a lot of people don’t eat them due to their fat content, or because they have liver or pancreas problems. However, do not let that stop you from getting the book! There are tons of recipes in there that are made of only fruits and vegetables, recipes that sound delicious just to look at and taste so much better than they seem. I’ll definitely be posting some of them in the near future!
I wanted to talk more about something that I mentioned before. Each food that Anthony talks about, he discusses how they support us emotionally and spiritually. This is the most interesting part of the book to me because I never realized that food can support us more than physically. Here, I’ll give you an example; this is what Anthony says about the emotional support of kiwis: “Offer kiwis to a friend or loved one who you wish would be more appreciative and considerate. And when you’re trying to bring those qualities out in yourself, kiwis are a go-to tool,” (pg 91). This is what he says about the spiritual lesson of kiwis: “The next time you slice a kiwi in half, study what you see inside. It’s like looking at an image of outer space! During growth, a mother kiwi vine (the female vine that bears the fruit) channels the universe’s energy, depositing a snapshot of our greater surroundings into each growing kiwi,” (pg 91). How cool is that?!
One of my favorite emotional support foods is mangoes. Anthony says, “Mangoes are exceptionally healing for anyone who feels abandoned, cut off, forsaken, outcast, shunned, detached, lonely, hurt, left out, or let down. That’s because mangoes have the power of manifestation. When we eat them, the fruits reorients us, changing our direction and opening us up to more opportunities to experience joy – which ultimately helps us connect to our destiny,” (pg 99). WOW! I need to eat more mangoes!
THIS BOOK IS POWERFUL! Everything you ever wanted to know about your favorite fruits and vegetables is in this book! No matter what illness(es) you’re struggling with, if you look in the index of this book, you’ll be able to find a long list of foods to both avoid and eat for your condition.
After the Holy Four, Anthony discusses fertility. He talks about how polluted those who haven’t found his information yet are with heavy metals, chemicals, illnesses, and viruses. And someday, that will effect our population. “Forty years from now, a full 50 percent of women of childbearing age will be unable to have a baby. Overall population numbers will start to head south,” (pg 277). This is why Anthony’s information is so important. It has the power to save the world!
This chapter also talks about the causes of infertility and how to heal the reproductive system. At the end of this book, Antony discusses foods that make life challenging, which include dairy, corn, wheat, eggs, natural flavors, and canola oil.
Next, there is an AMAZING chapter about Life-Changing Angels! In this chapter, he talks about 12 Angels that he’s never discussed before. I’ve read about all 12, and these Angels are powerful! They have the power to heal you and make your life what you’ve always wanted it to be! Now, Angels are not part of a religion. You don’t have to believe in any religion to believe in Angels. They are here to help you, and you talk to the Angels, you don’t pray to them.
Finally, there is the afterword, called “Compassion Is the Key.” It’s a beautiful ending to an amazing book full of heartfelt words that have the ability to encourage and inspire readers.
So, needless to say, I would give this book 10 out of 5 stars! This book could literally save someone’s life with all of its valuable information. Do yourself a favor and buy this book today!
What’s your favorite fruit or vegetable? Comment with it, and I’ll share with you what Anthony says about it in this book.
Blessings to All,
